Ripple Lawyer Files Motion to Withdraw from SEC Lawsuit 

Attorney Kim will no longer be a part of Ripple ’s defense counsel in the SEC lawsuit.  As the SEC vs. Ripple lawsuit approaches its end, attorney Kylie Chiseul Kim, one of the lawyers representing the blockchain company, has filed a motion to withdraw from the case.  The development was shared yesterday by seasoned pro-XRP lawyer James K.
